Appointment Policy

Smoak Salon understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for which guest are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount for the first missed appointment and then 100% for future missed appointments.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged as stated in the policy above. In some instances, we may still be able to accommodate the appointment. However, the time of the appointment will be cut short and the cost will remain the same. Example: if you arrive 15 mins late for a 60 mins appointment, the appointment will be reduced to 45 mins. This means that all scheduled services may not be completed, or will be completed by an assistant if available. In some cases the blowout may be cut short or skipped entirely. 

Here at Smoak Salon we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. Additionally, you can change, modify or cancel your appointment in the link that is emailed/text to you.

In order to facilitate smooth booking and cancellations within our salon software, Smoak Salon, as of March 13, 2022, requires a card on file. For some of our services, a deposit may be required. For this reason, credit/debit cards are saved automatically upon check out at the front desk or online booking.

Refund Policy

Gift cards and services are nonrefundable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service, please bring it to our attention within 7 days and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Please feel free to try another stylist or technician for the correction. We are happy to accommodate you with the stylist of your choice. A service "Redo" is at no additional charge within the 7 day window with a stylist in the same level. If you choose a stylist in a higher level, you will be required to pay the difference of the original service price. Unused products may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days. Any used products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days.

Payments

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, debit cards, cash and personal checks. There is a $35 charge on all returned checks.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for any amount between $10 - $2000. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Physical and Digital gift cards should be treated as cash. They can not be replaced if lost or stolen.

TreatCard

Terms & Conditions

1. TreatCard is a FREE membership rewards program.

2. Membership in the program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. To enroll in the program, you must provide your first name, last name, birthday, mailing address, email address and phone number. You must agree to accept SMS and email marketing.

3. In general, members can earn points on all products and services *Some exclusions apply. Members earn (1) point for every one dollar ($1) on qualifying products and services. 

4. Exclusions: Hair for extensions is not eligible for points. Excludes gift card purchases. Rebooking points are only awarded for services rebooked on the same day and after the service is completed and paid for, the same applies for services booked online. Other exclusions and terms may apply and can change at any time without notice.

5. Bonus points are awarded immediately when applicable. Birthday bonus points are awarded when presented at checkout. 

6. Returned items result in point deductions for the full amount of points previously awarded. 

7. Points can be redeemed in salon at checkout for product discount or qualifying quarterly service. Points are deducted and the TreatCard balance is updated immediately. Points cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards.
