  • What if i forget to cancel my appointment?

    The services you schedule are reserved especially for you. The salon reserves the right to charge 50% of services cancelled without 24 hour notice. Some services will require a deposit or credit card to hold your reservation at time of scheduling appointment. more

  • What if I'm not satisfied with my hair?

    We are honored you have given us the opportunity to provide you with our services. We pride ourselves in having a professional staff of hair designer's, colorists & make up artists. We proudly stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring it to our attention within 7 days and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Please feel free to try another stylist in the salon as well. We are happy to accommodate you. more

  • The time or date I want isn't available online.

    Please give us a call. We may be able to work you into your preferred stylist’s schedule or we can add you to their waitlist.

  • Why are there different price levels?

    Smoak Salon offers a multi-level price structure. The progression of stylist levels is determined by the stylist's years of experience, advanced education and demand for service. The advanced levels represent the core talent of our salon. All stylist are proficient and accomplished in every aspect of hairdressing. All Stylist are licensed stylists in the state of Mississippi.

  • How much should I tip?

    Gratuities are never expected and always appreciated. The industry standard is 15-25%.

  • Why am I always asked to rebook at checkout?

    We strongly recommend scheduling your next visit before leaving the salon. this helps ensure that you get the time and date that you want and that works best for your schedule.
